Faith In Abilities Support & Services – Your Gateway To Independence
Welcome to the world of FAITH IN ABILITIES SUPPORT & SERVICES, the team of support workers, offering a wide range of services to people living with mobility or other restrictions. We are a local company in FNQ servicing Townsville, Magnetic Island, Cairns and Mackay.
We are a participant-centred provider who deliver support for the best interest
of the participants. We encourage decision-making to promote independence for people
with disabilities and aged care participants. We have capacity for supportive services and provide assistance with everyday activities, making it possible for young adults and elderly participants to thrive in their chosen housing environments and participate in the communities.

Since the start of our journey, we have always been driven by the dream of fostering an environment wherein every person, regardless of their restrictions, is able to lead the life of their choice with as much autonomy as possible. We have always believed in perfection and precision in our approach, which has left our participants truly satisfied.

To our Valued Participants and Nominees:
Faith In Abilities Support & Services Pty Ltd is dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and person-centred supports. To ensure we continually maintain the highest levels of service delivery, we are undergoing our scheduled National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) quality audit.
An Independent Audit Team will be reviewing our processes, systems, and service quality from October 20, 2026 to November 2, 2026

What this means for our participants and families:

Voluntary Participation : The auditors may request to speak with some of our participants, families, or staff to hear about their experiences with us. Your participation is completely voluntary and will not affect the services you receive.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Your privacy is protected by law. No personal information or records will be shared outside the auditing process without your consent, in strict compliance with NDIS privacy rules.

Continuous Improvement: This process helps us celebrate what we do well and identify areas where we can improve our services for you.

We are a local company and our FNQ office is located in Condon, Townsville, making it accessible to meet up with participants in their preferred place. We have a capacity to serve participants with all kinds of support including support coordination, both for both adults and children.
